A question, in all honestly:

I know, that is to say, I am fairly sure that comedy is a concept that is not completely alien to me, that this is a activity that I can carry out with a sufficient degree of proficiency.

but what of drama?

I have tried, twice to my knowledge. to my knowledge, I have failed twice. a great actor once said, "dying is easy, comedy is hard".

why is it, then, that I continue to fail? am I a unknowing clown, only good enough for a cheap laugh before fading back into the shadows? or have I simply not tried hard enough?

in essence, the question is this: am I capable of leaving comedy, on the whole, aside, and simply telling a story?

my next project, the aim of my Manifesto of Blood, is to answer that question, once and for all.
